Pumpkin Spice Latte Cocktail

With the flavors that define the holidays, the creamy and frothy pumpkin spice latte tastes just like the Starbucks variety. In our version, a splash of vanilla vodka and aged rum adds notes of caramel and baking spices while the pumpkin spice liqueur gives it a rich and warm finish. Pair it with Ne-Mo’s Pumpkin Spice cake square and double down on the satisfying flavors of winter’s most popular treat.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ounce vanilla vodka
  • 1 ounce aged rum
  • 1 ounce Bailey’s Pumpkin Spice Liqueur
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 ounces fresh brewed coffee, cooled

Directions:

  1. Mix sugar and pumpkin spices in a bowl and place on a plate.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine the vanilla vodka, aged rum, Bailey’s, milk, and fresh brewed coffee. Shake vigorously.
  3. Place the top of a cocktail glass in the cocktail mixture. Then, dip the tip of the glass into the sugar and spices for a deliciously flavored rim.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly into four glasses and enjoy!

Spiked Peppermint Mocha

Directions:

Directions:

  1. Place the sprinkles in a flat dish.
  2. Wet the top of four martini glasses and cover the rims with sprinkles.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, blend together milk, chocolate syrup, vanilla, and cake batter syrup.
  4. Pour evenly into the martini glasses and garnish with whip cream and sprinkles.
